This one-of-a-kind women's jacket is handcrafted using a 1949 classic women's jacket pattern and constructed from stamped Munrospun vintage wool, a historic textile prized for its durability, warmth, and refined texture.

The jacket is finished with authentic Victorian-era livery buttons (c. 1860–1890) from my family collection, used at the front closure. Cuffed sleeves are completed with complementary vintage brass buttons selected for scale and period compatibility.

Designed with a relaxed, unstructured silhouette, this jacket balances subtle tailoring with ease of movement. Details include a French placket button front, peaked lapels, flanged shoulders, and a straight hem. Unlined and thoughtfully proportioned, it layers comfortably across seasons.
